Precious Lee became the first plus-size Black model to walk for Versace and Michael Kors in the same fashion week, and she did it without turning it into a spectacle. She just walked.
She’s since become a fixture on major runways and magazine covers, often the only plus-size model in the room — a fact she’s spoken about candidly, because being “the only one” isn’t actually a compliment.
